Jake, you claimed you read the indictment and it doesn’t mention anything about splc funding the activities, but this paragraph clearly shows money sent to an informant was used to buy kkk billboards

Also, it was funding individuals that it then *highlighted on its website* as people it was fighting and to please donate to assist in fighting the person

That violates numerous laws

Jesus H Christ.

Of everything to focus on. It’s an “on going investigation”.

The feds didn't charge them with theft. You realize this, right?

The feds identified that they committed theft. But this isn’t even the point.

God damn you for making me defend Patel, but you, the libertarian, are so desperate for attention that you’re trying to rationalize one of the most disgusting leftist orgs in the country (a govt-recognized non-profit, at that) paying people to commit crimes.

You lose.

To steal from racist organization, yes. Is that your argument? You're upset they paid people to steal documents from some of the worst people on earth, in order to expose those worst people on earth?

I think the issue with the spin is that people are assuming because these people snitched for money they stopped being racists or supporters of the larger cause.

Think of this like the easiest comparison: infiltrating mob operations. Most of the guys who were informants and snitches were always pieces of shite during the whole process. They were also wanted by other authorities (the feds would step in to stop legitimate state prosecutions on occasion).

The fact the feds used this same process doesn't mean they were funding the mob, right? They were not criminals too right?

1) you keep on saying these “informants” were legit extremists, but the indictment doesn’t say that.

2) if this was legit informant operations, why did the SPLC transfer their paychecks in an illegal manner?

If they were legit extremists, they wouldn't have been informing to the SPLC.

The FBI paid CI’s to go out and commit crimes so they could pretend to arrest people?

Can you not see how your false equivalency is false?

Dang. If you were to make Jon Hamm a little more portly and put him in a wrinkled white dress shirt, that meme would remind me of someone.

What else would they be? Serious question

You think the SPLC planted them?

I think getting a payment directly traceable to the SPLC would be risky

These aren't the KKK chapter in Cameron

Now that scheme is the strongest argument for a crime, so it wasn't the smartest from the SPLCs perspective

Yes, J6 had plants too.

Also were the ones saying Kirk was a white supremacist.

Congrats, you've been duped like always.
