All the court is saying is the unborn are not human beings with inalienable rights…..that’s literally their opinion and not fact.

When you are the highest court in your jurisdiction, your “opinion“ is something more than that.

It has the force of law.

Exactly! And that doesn't mean they are right, it means they are in a position of power and the worst thing that can happen to a civil society that seeks righteousness is to have unrighteous people in positions of power.

What’s the issue with my position? It’s my privacy what happens in my life.

The law is a state action recognizing that the fetus is alive … hence manslaughter. If it isn’t alive the law cannot work.

No one said the fetus is not alive.

What an odd observation.

So that's a yes.

For the purpose of slow trying to defend this trash ruling , we have to discuss whether regulating medicine is constitutional?

I want your position before we start.

Either from a federal perspective or in the state of South Carolina , regulating medicine is constitutional. Yes or No?

If I’m righteous, why does it matter if the rest of the civil society is or not?

No, genius, I did not say any of that.

I simply acknowledged that a fetus is a living organism.

You can go one step further and acknowledge it's a living human organism. It certainly isn't a bovine, canine or feline living organism. It's a human living organism; aka human life. See? That wasn't too hard, was it?

Good, get government out of women's medical decisions and leave it to them and their doctors.

The right for a woman to terminate a fetus yes. "Kill your child" is such unreasonably emotionally charged terms

Emotional tantrums.

Childish, but (sometimes) effective.
