With Fani Willis repeatedly saying the entire investigation into Republicans was the result of an illegally recorded phone call, defendants might pursue legal recourse.

If it's illegal, who would be responsible and who would prosecute?

Regardless, Fulton County DA Fani Willis used the phone call as the foundation for her RICO prosecution against Trump and his associates. According to a new book published by Michael Isikoff (who was an original pusher of the Russian collusion hoax), that call was illegally recorded by Jordan Fuchs.

Who is Fuchs? She is Raffensperger's Chief of Staff and has a very checkered history of political activism. Her hatred of Trump can be described as obsessive, and she was in Florida when she recorded the call in question. Why is that a problem? Because Florida is a two-party consent state.

Here's the quote from Isikoff's book, which Fuchs was a primary source for.

quote:

Fuchs has never talked publicly about her taping of the phone call; she learned, after the fact, that Florida where she was at the time is one of fifteen states that requires two-party consent for the taping of phone calls. A lawyer for Raffensperger’s office asked the January 6 committee not to call her as a witness for reasons the committee’s lawyers assumed were due to her potential legal exposure. The committee agreed. But when she was called before a Fulton County special grand jury convened by Fani Willis, she was granted immunity and confirmed the taping, according to three sources with direct knowledge of her testimony.

In other words, she broke the law because Trump did not give his consent to be recorded. In fact, according to Isikoff and his co-author, she didn't have Raffensperger's permission to record the call either.

quote:

To put a finer point on how corrupt this was, Fuchs was supposed to be a star witness for the January 6th committee, but Liz Cheney and others agreed to not call her to publicly testify to shield her from possible legal exposure. Raffensperger himself also played a big role in protecting her because it had become obvious Fuchs had committed a crime.

The article says it would be federal but we all know the DOJ would decline to prosecute, if that’s the case.

The foundation of the Mueller investigation and the issuance of 4 FISA warrants was based on an unverified DNC funded op-research smear paper (Steele Dossier) which was sourced via Russian intel agents.

Carter Page was cleared, yet still gets painted by the MSM as a turncoat.

Every conviction stemming from the Mueller investigation should be overturned, via *Fruit of the Poison tree. Any update on how that's all working out?

* The “Fruit of the Poisonous Tree” is a legal metaphor used in the United States to describe evidence that is obtained illegally. The concept is based on the idea that if the source (the “tree”) of the evidence or the evidence itself is tainted, then anything gained (the “fruit”) from it is also tainted. In other words, if the initial evidence is unlawfully obtained, any subsequent evidence derived from it is considered tainted and generally not admissible in court.

I don't think that a crooked DA in GA can give immunity for a Florida crime.

It's all BS in any event.

If Fuchs allegedly committed a crime under Florida law while within the confines of the State of Florida, the DA of Fulton County Georgia cannot grant her immunity from prosecution in exchange for her grand jury testimony in Atlanta. The actions of the Georgia DA have zero effect on the ability of the State of Florida to prosecute Fuchs for violating the laws of the State of Florida.

Nothing. In fact, early reports on the call had to be quietly retracted after what Jordy Fuchs-you-long-time said was on the recording was, in fact, not on the recording. This was only discovered when the recording was found in an employee’s trash can on her computer desk top.

Wow!

Fuch and Rattfricker need to be prosecuted in Florida.

You knew something dirty was going on in GA. Turtle absolutely did not want a GOP senator elected there either.

And what did he say that was incriminating or illegal? He saw the boxes being pulled out from under the table in the early morning hours, after all the conservative vote count watchers were told to go home. You must have forgotten about that intentionally.
