I don't think Trump can tolerate disloyalty, and I think that's to an unreasonable degree. Say what you will about Trump, but he probably gives the American public more straight dope on sensitive things than any POTUS in history, for better or worse.

It's not luck to do say wild things to draw media fire away from a more vulnerable subject knowing that the public will inevitably push back against the media overreaction. He's good at this stuff, such as it is.
That's why I find it so odd that in a salacious, social media-driven story like this, he seems completely stymied.

I’m sure you’ve seen the video of the “assassination attempt” with his people ushering the photographers into place and lowering the American flag to be in the iconic photo? After seeing that… maybe you have a point. That was a brilliant stunt.

Again, Louisiana is a very poor state made up of the least successful white people in the country and yet they love Trump, who hates such people. I don't get it.

Just a few weeks ago this board was full of people thinking the deep state was behind Epstein and squashed him from going to prison the first time and then killed him so he wouldn’t talk.
Now this board is full of people that think this same deep state went to all that trouble but forgot to clean out any files, especially a list, that would send them to jail.
