Sooooo Stacey Abrams refuses to concede in GA?

Stacey Abrams says there are still votes out there to be counted even though 100% of the votes are counted. She says there are still absentee votes to be counted. Abrams also has said Kemp "Suppressed the votes" whatever that means. When will she accept defeat?

I think everyone else understands that it's going to be tough for her to close the gap.

She thinks Kemp may fall under 50% and that will cause a runoff under Georgia rules.
