Chrissy read some that claimed Rudy laid out a QPQ for a WH visit.
Says he "came to believe" the financial aid was contingent. No one says "came to believe" if they were told directly.

That is Politics 101! These high level meetings are always just show. Every detail is hammered out and agreed beforehand. You think high level officials go into these meetings without knowing the outcome in advance?
