At the very least, if Sondlands memory is so weak he has to alter his previous statement because he misremembered something, but now he remembers, what good is his information??
So far, it seems like all Sondland is doing is telling people how HE would have done things.

The headline says the military aid to Ukraine had been released. There was no investigation of Biden by Ukraine prior to the release of the military aid.
So there was no withholding of aid to Ukraine in exchange for an investigation of Biden.
