They stopped with the ceasefire deal. Once Israel decided to block all aid to Gaza again recently the houthis started to fire the rockets again. If Israel could not like a 5 year old for once, and let fricking flour go into Gaza, then maybe we could avoid all of this.

Instead they will drag our men and women to die in the middle east. And who knows, maybe kick off a new world war.

I haven’t seen any confirmation that the US sank it, or even if it sank. And if we did sink it, we don’t know who fired the first or last shot.

But sinking another nation’s military vessel IS an act of war, however you slice it.

As for why this vessel, that’s pretty obvious. It’s described as being a surveillance vessel. Removing that vessel removes the forward surveillance and targeting capabilities of Iran. None of this is controversial or in dispute, even by you.
