And by fetch, I mean, Dylan Mulvaney. Shortly after a photo shoot with Lady Gaga, the guy has released a pop song that’s nothing but a Dollar Store ChatGBT written Taylor Swift / Katie Perry knock off.

This psycho should have been buried after the bud light catastrophe, yet keeps trying to stay relevant. Why?

He shows up on stage and attempts to do comedy. Unfunny & cringe. Gets booked for a speaking gig at Penn State University, which draws ones of people. Rows and rows of empty seats.

As much of a lunatic as this person is, there’s no way he keeps getting booked and promoted like this all on his own.

He's hoping to be the Theo Vonn of trans influencers. Cringe AF for about 10 years but never gives up and somehow finally makes it big.

Perhaps the triggering of conservatives and their response is the driver or at least part of it. I think that goes for a lot of culture war stuff. If there is no outrage there is no story and it goes away.

How so? Theo was so embarrassing forever and then one day I look up and he's interviewing everyone that I admire and he's got a better life than anybody I know.

I admire the hell out of him. It's not an insult - that dude knew what he wanted and went and got it.

Alex Stein is somewhat similar but also more cringe than Theo was.

Your post, and social media like it, helps.

The response was earned.

Having a trans influencer is one thing, but this is what caused most of the uproar.

quote:

“I’m a businesswoman, I had a really clear job to do when I took over Bud Light, and it was ‘This brand is in decline, it’s been in a decline for a really long time, and if we do not attract young drinkers to come and drink this brand, there will be no future for Bud Light,'” Heinerscheid said.

quote:

She also condemned the company’s previous branding, saying: “We had this hangover, I mean Bud Light had been kind of a brand of fratty, kind of out-of-touch humor, and it was really important that we had another approach.”

I know you really want to act like this fell out of the sky, but it was earned. There's one person to blame.

Bud Lite must cringe every time they bring him up. They can see sales drop.

Also, a big fish dumped a ton of Bud stock Thu (so bug they had to halt stock) and it dropped a bunch.

You mean the very same fratty & out of touch folks who simply stopped buying BudLight & cost InBev over a billion in revenue?

That triggered group?

Huh.

Seems like the opposite would be true.

Im not judging the response but if conservatives would not have made a big deal about it I doubt anyone would've known who Mulvaney is today.

So if her approach would've not been to have a trans influencer but some other off the wall approach do you think there would have been as much uproar?

Well...yea.

So if there would have been no response you are saying Mulvaney would be more in the limelight?
