Someone I know is not doing well with Covid

Co-workwers wife. She 3x vaxxed. She is in her 60's and has a few health issues.
Just talked to my co-worker, she did get some monoclonals earlier in the week. But this morning was not able to breathe and now back at the hospital. I have a supply of Ivermectin (human stuff), should I offer it?
Now that she's at the hospital I feel like they are going to keep her there and put her on the vent.

I guess he's saying she's now on oxygen and the drug doesn't work with oxygen? Not sure how that works. He is hoping to get another monoclonal infusion this weekend.

Just looking at i+mask protocol, it does say to use Ivermectin as part of the hospitalized patient treatment. I realize using it early is where its most effective. It seems fighting the inflammation is the major issue.
