My son plays high school ball. I told him if the coach tells them to kneel he better walk off the field. I think he hates liberals more than I do.

The East Texas town you knew doesn’t exist anymore. And you only have the GOP to blame for that. My kid would not be allowed to return to school until AD was fired. If that meant moving okay, if that meant private school okay.

The players on the local team I support are ~%80 black. The head coach is white. He asked his team if anyone had any plans to kneel to raise their hands. None did. He then asked if any would like to run out on the field waving an American for the first game. EVERY SINGLE ONE raised their hand.
Not everyone supports the shite happening in our society.

I saw It coming 20 years ago. Bush wanted a booming economy for his rise to the presidency. How ? By making pro business decisions (correct) but using cheap labor with an open border (wrong). Now with that influx of Mexicans into Texas their children are outnumbering regular Americans. Over 50% of school age children are Hispanic now and that is Texas future. There’s no saving it now. Texans might as well start moving to pro American states like Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama , etc... you can’t stop what’s coming.

All of those states are economic back waters filled with crime and poverty, no thanks. I’d rather move to Idaho or Montana.

My school in Texas wants to institute a microaggressions reporting system whereby a permanent record is kept for anytime of minority feels like they've been offended by your child, and this is reported to colleges.

The coach is trying to mold men and good citizens. They pick up on this. Most are economically challenged and many come from single parent homes.
But, I truly believe their parent(s) would jump out of the bleachers and kick their arse if any of them knelt.

So maybe an influx of regular Americans into other southern states will solidify their value, raising their strength. It’s too late for Texas. It’s not too late for others.

Sounds like he is doing a great job. The community is supporting the right things and will benefit from it.
