Martha seems pretty based. She's OK in my book just because of her deep hatred for James Comey
Martha Stewart hates James Comey? Good for her.
Based on some of her other actions, it always seemed to me that she basically remained politically correct so that it wouldn't damage her businesses and career.

Deeply hates him for selective prosecution

The Prosecution and Conviction
• The Charges: Comey's office prosecuted Stewart not for insider trading itself, which they struggled to prove, but for obstruction of justice, conspiracy, and lying to federal investigators regarding her stock sale.
• The Sentence: Stewart was convicted and served five months in a federal prison, followed by house arrest and probation.
Martha Stewart's View of Comey
• The "Trophy" Claim: In the documentary, Stewart slammed Comey and the other prosecutors as "idiots," arguing that they targeted her as a high-profile "trophy" to send a public message.
• Strong Words: Stewart remarked that the prosecutors who pursued her case "should have been put in a Cuisinart and turned on high".
• Legal and Public Reaction: Legal analysts and commentators have frequently revisited the case, with some agreeing that the prosecution leveraged charges of dishonesty when direct evidence of the underlying trade fell short.

It is in poor taste.
I think a better way to say it is that it was predictably offensive to highly sensitive people.
Dressing up as hobos was a funny thing to do until people began learning to be offended by it.

Regardless of your beliefs about addiction, addicts struggle. No one aspires to be an addict. Mocking struggling people is distasteful.
You are claiming to have all this personal experience with people in recovery but your posts about homeless people and drug addicts are often dehumanizing and cruel. I just don’t get it.

frick the miserable left. Wear what you want on Halloween. It’s supposed to be fun, that’s what they really hate.

Correct, which is why I know calling it a disease and making excuses for them is the real dehumanizing thing to do. They need tough love because many of them only seek change if they hit absolute rock bottom.
The rest of them will never be clean, no matter what happens, and they make that choice over and over again. It's not dehumanizing to realize they will never be part of a functioning society and stop wasting resources on them so we can do more for those who are willing to clean up and rejoin society.

Well fat, ugly women would be more likely to have sex with a homless, drug addicted loser because they have no self esteem or redeeming qualities. So, the logic checks out, heifer.

Ah yes, people with no morals always preaching morality. People who make it their life’s work to offend always feigning offense. I don’t know how anyone buys your act anymore. You people suck

Drug addicts aren't simply down on their luck. They are the victims of their own choices and actions.

I remember a time in this country when you could dress up however you wanted for Halloween and didn't have to worry about a group of people flipping their shite over it.
Same thing happened with comedy.

Keep making the world a better place by mocking fun of homeless people and addicts from behind a screen name and your phone. I’m sure you’ll achieve whatever your objective is.

How is it any more foolish to dress up as a homeless person for Halloween than it is to dress up as anyone or anything else?
