A lot of them are also highly educated in fields that don’t pay so they think it’s “The Man’s” fault that they suck at life.
Liberal arts degrees should pay as much as engineering to these people.

I don’t know about the people at rallies on FoxNews. I am talking about the people I know personally. I don’t know a lot of people who don’t work. I know folks that are underemployed, sure, but I don’t know many folks who just sit on their arse and collect a check.

As one of the few free market guys left on here who has always criticized Trump for his leftist economic policies, I understand the allure of the selling point for the working class.
What you're going to see on here, I imagine, is mostly going to be NPCs projecting caricatures they've been fed via the echo chamber. Because that's what partisan brain rot does.

The "socialist" movement in the country is still more of a free market movement than the traditional socialist movement.
They think that the balance of power has shifted too far away from the common worker and to the elite. And the math says that on that point that they're absolutely right.

I dont know any pronounced socialists....but do know plenty of libs that prolly are closet socialists. Mainly because I choose my friends carefully.

Yes, yes I would.
I think politicians severely underestimate just how much the youth want to kill the ruling class. This is a bipartisan belief, btw. The socialists and MAGA youth actually have a shockingly large amount in common outside of wedge social issues like trans, abortion rights, and immigration.
Before you ask, I am friends with peoples of all walks of life, all political stripes, just not many people of wealth.

Certainly nothing wrong with that. Same here.
And as you said, many of them despite being political opposites share a lot of the same concerns. They just have different ideas about how to reconcile the issues.
