No we’re not……Baton Rouge is filled with state representatives/senators that have put a R behind their name and have voting records that indicate otherwise. Only problem is their moron constituents aren’t minding the store, and the thieves are robbing them blind.

because the borderline brain dead, voters in New Orleans voted for an Oakland, California transplant who absolutely hates this country and everything it stands for.

Believe it or not, this is NOT the current mandate. It’s the liberal cuck men and women who own these establishments. They are actively killing themselves with either fear or virtue.

We are not a red state for state elections. Louisiana white women are democrats. Who is our governor and look at New Orleans. Louisiana is a shite hole that loves government money.

Orleans parish is not red and has its own government. What would the state legislature do?

Vote to remove emergency powers from executive branches state and locally, which removes their power to mandate such things.

Meh. I’m with you on the governor’s statewide powers, but I don’t see the merit in intruding on local government. People in Orleans Parish deserve the government they have created.

IMO - It's a backroom deal meant to "encourage" tourists, NFL fans coming to town, etc. to get vaxxed.
I think whoever is on the pay-out side of the deal has over-estimated the resolve of said tourists, while the city's tourism industry is taking the lick.
A historical review of the number and departure point of tourists visiting NOLA before the CV-19 could present an interesting calculation.
Note that Philly, NYC, L.A. have stringent vax regs while FLA does not.

EDIT-

2021 numbers should tell the tale.

Look at the resale market for the Saints-Dallas game. In years past, Cowboy fans flocked here and tickets sold for 3-4x face value. Now, there are thousands of tickets available for today's game at less than face value.
