Are they going to issue it or just use it to gaslight corporations?

There won't be one... Joe got exactly what he wanted out of the fake edict, companies to jump and implement out of fear.

He knows it would never stand up in court.

Not true, they would have to comply with the APA and the constitution generally, which is part of why

OSHA was never going to be able to issue a constitutional rule mandating the vaccine. It was always about pushing the corporations to do it on their own.

What constitutes 'proof' of the vax?

Employee attestation?

The little card that anyone can print out?

The only way this is enforceable is through legislation. They are trying to sneak this shite into the infrastructure bill.

After their September 9 declaration of OSHA mandate for vaccination the White House has declared they know nothing about such a mandate actually becoming compliance regulation and the "some businesses" are mandating it...

There have never been bigger liars in US government ever...

Of course if you look at the supporters of ELECTION THEFT here on this forum, you can already tell what kind of lying trash these people are...

Can't legally mandate when the FDA approved vaccine is not currently available in the US.

The approved Pfizer Comirnaty vax is the same exact vax as the one approved under the EUA, however, the one under the EUA is the only one available to the people in the US. This is to skirt legal issues with liability.

So as long as Comirnaty, by label, is not being given to the US pop, there will be no OSHA mandate.

There would be little to no liability regardless for the vaccine manufacturers. The NVICP is the avenue for recovery for vaccine injuries in this country.

The Comirnaty issue that you and others here are making hay over has nothing to do with why there isn't an OSHA mandate. Comirnaty is simply the name that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is being marketed under after recieving approval for adults 16+ back in August.

I'm saying that until the approved Comirnaty is available to the US pop, there can't legally be a mandate. If there was a mandate, the population would have to take the one under the EUA label (same ingredients, different label).

I'm not saying there are two vaccines. Both are probably made on the same production line together. One is just labeled with a EUA and one bottle has the FDA approval label. The FDA approval label bottle is not available in the US. This is to skirt liability.

That is irrelevant, and based on a false premise. Comirnaty is the marketing name for the Pfizer vaccine, and is approved and available in the United States.

No it isnt. Pfizer would not be liable regardless of what anyone calls it.

I'd like to see something that says you can get the Comirnaty label in the US. I have yet to find an example.

False, there is a liability shield for EUAs. Not as much for FDA approved. In regards to compensation.

Pfizer is liable for nothing, it would be through the special vaccine system fund with a max 50K possible award for lost earnings if youre paralyzed or something.

I doubt OSHA has the legal authority to issue the mandate. Hiden can't create a mandate, and tell a gov't organization to follow through with the mandate when the gov't organization has no authority to enforce the mandate no matter who tells them to do so.
The "Health" part of OSHA is limited. They can not force people to take vitamins, take a vax, or take medication.
They can enforce specific hours one employee can work in a row or drug test, but not a whole lot more.

Let's hear what significance you think that has. Pfizer's continued EUA alongside the full approval for the Comirnaty-branded fully approved Pfizer vaccine has no bearing on liability, in any context in this country. Zero. Zilch.

The EUA was continued for the Pfizer branded vaccine because the Comirnaty branded version was not widely available at the time. There is zero difference in the vaccines, and they are both the exact Pfizer vaccine.

There is no "there" there.

I'm aware and stated that twice in this thread.
