you havent been paying attention. All the ads, all the dem faithless electors "trying to set an example", and the one lone republican faithless elector have said they will vote for John Kasich and have expressed the explicit goal of having no one get to 270 and sending it to the house to pick a moderate republican.

Incorrect. Faithless electors votes will not count towards 270. Either Trump is elected or the House selects Trump and the Senate selects Pence
