Is invoking the 14th risking consideration of the argument that Biden could be impeached if the US defaults on its debt obligations? Laurence Tribe's argument seems to leave that door open.

Your average Democrat voter can only follow logic like - "promise me everything I want and make someone else pay for it" and then "I will vote for you."
