If 6% of the population all started wearing red jackets and proceeded to start committing half of all the violent crimes in the US would the police be expected to maintain a perfect percentage quota on stops involving people wearing red jackets?

During black history month they should let all blacks take possession of all white people and white owned things. Then after black history month, white have to earn their possessions back.

I guess I don’t see how they are related? Black on black crime or black on white crime has frick all to do with systemic racism.

Why does systemic racism not seem to affect any other race besides black people? Why does it not seem to affect black people that migrate from other countries?
Black people like the Obamas, Oprah, and Condoleeza Rice have obviously figured out the method to beating the systemic racism in this country. Why do they refuse to reveal this secret to the rest of black Americans?
My thought would be that these successful black people applied themselves, focused on their goals, and achieved success through hard work but that would be the bootstrap theory at work and we have already been told that is a racist myth. So why are these successful black people holding the rest of black people down by not revealing their secrets?
