the FBI isn't going to clear shite, nor will they condemn shite
and the fact that they don't "clear" Kav will mean that they're a "cloud" over his nomination. book it
also, we all know that more accusers are going to come out of the woodwork and a week-long investigation will be called "inadequate" or "illegitimate"

That's not what they're going to do. They will release facts from their investigation.
