There’s no outside reform that will help the black community in any meaningful way that hasn’t already been tried.
Real change has to come from within. The people in these communities who’ve had enough need to step up and be more vocal agents of change within the community itself. In other words, they need to urge the community to engage in a bit of introspection and make it stick. Anything else is just throwing more money at the problem.

I don’t care how cool she was when she was cutting your hair 3x per month nor how hot she is. Bottom line, she’s a female who cuts hair for a living. I don’t think I’m painting with too broad a brush when I say that batshit insane goes with that the way peanut butter goes with jelly. Her stance should’ve come as ZERO surprise to you.

Your post is basically bull s**T 101.
#1 99.9% of people do not give a damn what the person in an auto looks like. They are only interested in that person staying in their lane. Or getting off their texting and going ahead on when the light changes.
#2 As someone who hired likely no less than 10K people in my working career a person's name is only important to the extent that it probably distinguishes a person's sex. And if you are looking for a person to load 125 LB loads of bricks the name Karen might be important.
#3 What someone buys likely stirs fewer people than either #1 or #2.
#4 What the holy frick are you even talking about? I have never known a person who keeps tabs on other people's education levels or what the hell ever. And if you are you have issues.
