...and it’s believed Trump’s folks have identified $4B for which they can reallocate to the wall.

By giving him any money at all they are identifying there is a need for a wall, no?

I was going to post this earlier.
Everyone is freaking out saying NO DEAL.
1. 1.3BB has been funded and is mainly for maintenance of existing wall and could build an additional 25-30 miles of wall...I know, big deal
2. 1.7BB in new deal that will add +60 miles of new wall.
Trumps team has hinted at identifying 4BB to reallocate that would build over 200miles. How is this different than Declaring a State of Emergency?
So Trump would get the Wall (250-300 miles of big beautiful steel barriers), $3bb coming from negotiations from Dems funding a wall that is "immoral" and $4bb of money just sitting there that congress has no idea what to spend it on.
That's a WIN...unless you are in the mindset that Trump HAS to get the Dems to fund the 5.6BB he requested and no other way will work. Pretty shortsighted.
Get shite done and let the results speak..."economy".

No Dem can be a part of giving Trump money for a Wall...period. It's all about words, and political cover. Both sides.
Bottom line. Wall is going up, and that is what counts. And Trump has said that it will go up "fast". The buildup for next years election will be Dems protesting/resisting a Wall that is proving it's purpose, I.e., stopping the flow of drugs, human traffic, gangs and outright Socialist slackers who come to cash in on OAC's "not willing to work" stipends.
Trump is in the catbird's seat to '20. Once He wins then, it's game, set and match for the Global Democratic Socialist Movement. At least in their current (anti-American) form.
