So Cheney wants to subpoena Trump, McCarthy for Pelosi's J6 'investigation'?

Just saw bit on Newsmax about this, apparently Liz was on George Stephacopapus fantasizing about calling Trump & McCarthy as witnesses to delve into the phone call and other Jan 6 pressing matters.
Not that we needed any more proof that this 'investigation' is a transparent act of political bukake theater, can you imagine the utter shitshow circus it would become if they actually did subpoena Trump?
Schitts-for-Brains would not be able to control Trump no matter how clever he tried to craft his gotchas, no matter how hard he banged his little gavel. It would backfire beautifully.
I welcome it.

This is a completely hypothetical subpoena compared to a real one being ignored. There was already an impeachment for Jan 6 so we know what happened and Trump's speech that day is completely available to be listened to compared to the Arizona election data.
Not sure what the twisted logic is of a real subpoena being ignored to hide information versus one that doesn't exist based on an event that has been heavily covered and detailed.
But what an impressive gotcha. You are so clever.

Giving Trump a platform and national stage in an obvious political show trial would be a political miscalculation of epic proportions. He would take an absolute steaming shite all over those clowns and not give two shites.
Did they not observe him in the GOP debates back in 2016?

This is why she will not allow it. Not that there's a chance in hell she'd be called as a witness. But because the theater has to be completely scripted and she knows Trump can't be expected to be maintained on any script except his own.

Do you apply this same “logic” to the election audits? After all, why would Maricopa County fight and ignore the AZ Senate subpoenas if there is nothing to hide.

somebody from the Trump orbit should show, and show the video clip of the FBI agent trying to entice people to go in the capitol.
the only thing is they control what is shown and would pull the cameras plug if this happened.
