North Korea has labor camps in Russia.
They do business with Russia.
Completely understandable that DPRK would come to Russia’s aid.
Of course a bunch of living good people in the USA who believe the news would be up in arms about this.

As long as we have THAADs in SK, destroyers with SM-6s on them off the Korean coast, and submarines that are quiet enough to give a whale a colonoscopy we will be fine. North Korea can't nuke the USA or our allies if its missiles are shot down and its subs sunk.
