I worked for SK corporate before and after the move to Dallas. Unless things have changed, I am confident Wan does not condone this. I believe there are a few franchisees on here also. Hopefully, they chime in.

SMOOTHIE KING has the right to refuse service to anyone (and suffer any consequences). The dumb kid behind the counter has no right to refuse service to anybody on behalf of the company of which she is a low level minimum wage worker. That’s none of her business.
