Justice is dead.

But you still have Patriots like Mike Flynn stuck in the legal system and bankrupted for telling a "lie" on a process crime

DISGRACE

It'll be interesting to see how the CPD responds to this.

Barr needs to personally instruct his US Attorney to hit him with everything he’s got. Full extent of the law.

White privilege my arse. The victimization culture in this country allows for those who deem themselves aggrieved to be exempt from the law.

I can't find it in me to get outraged by this, but I do find it really interesting.

What does that tweet even mean? After reviewing the evidence in this case with 16 felonies, we remembered that Jussie does nice things for the community sometimes?

Why would that be grounds for dropping them?

This makes no sense, what are they asking the case?

frick all that. This is utter corruption.

"Work in the community" means, maybe, you take a lesser plea and are reasonable on the sentence/probation/community service part of it.

Dropping charges is because you don't have evidence for a conviction.

Just like Hillary's "no intent" - just more proof that there are 2 systems of justice.

Doug Rosselli: [telling Alonzo a story in a steakhouse restaurant with Lou, and Stan present] There's a serial burglar we're chasing him for twelve months, a real slickster and he gave up nothing. His sentencing was today so before the hearing he gets a hold of some peanut butter and he packs his arse crack with it, he's standing tall before the judge and he's ready to give a statement, he shoves his hand down his pants and it comes out with a glob of extra chunky Jiff, bailiffs won't come near him. Now he's looking at the judge in the eyes and licks his fingers clean, so the judge says "this poor man is insane, he can't go to prison", orders him to get a psychiatric evaluation and by the time the judge found out it was sandwich spread, the order was already signed and the guy had already been transferred, after six months in the puzzle factory they call him "normal" and let him loose, he'll never do a day in prison. One day I'm going to find this guy on the street and I'm going to do him.
