The ends justify the means, huh?
He had Scott's car. The cops could pick up Scott any time they wanted. Slager didn't have to shoot him. He did it because he didn't know he was on film.

not sure if serious...
If Slager receives due process he will go into the prison system for a very long time or be executed for felony murder.

Slager did nothing wrong
Too many of you brainwashed by the media and BLM.
You all are told to be outraged so you are outraged

Credit to WhiskeyPapa. It was appropriate for the situation.

Guarantee that was one of the first questions asked in the jury pool.

So it ok for police to gun down fleeing humans? Is that what you are saying?

i don't think you understand what due process means

The law authorizes law enforcement officers to use deadly physical force only when they reasonably believe it is necessary to:
1. defend themselves or a third person from the use or imminent use of deadly physical force or
2. make an arrest or prevent the escape from custody of a person whom they reasonably believe has committed or attempted to commit a felony involving the infliction or threatened infliction of serious physical injury and, where feasible, they have given warning of their intent to use deadly physical force (CGS § 53a-22 (c))."

No way do Slager's actions meet those standards. Hopefully the law will operate on him and he will go inside for a long long time.
Those standards are pretty much what we were taught in the Marine Corps.

Sure I do. If Slager gets the process he is due based on his actions, he will be convicted of murder.

Neither was Hillary.
ETA: there was no judgment rendered (mistrial), but people are upset that there was no judgment of "guilty". Are you following along now?

I get it that his "Adrenaline was pumping". But this was murder. I love cops, but there is no way to defend this.

This is a Joke. I hope he gets smoked in the civil trial. I don't really care if he sees a prison. I want his badge destroyed.
I feel sorry for the family of this wretched murderer though.

I'm sure you are correct but super hot to trot wanna be jurors who are smart know the right answers. Just like the people who want to just go back to work know the "wrong" answers.

If one of my soldiers did what Slager did to an Afghan, I know what I would do. defending life limb and eyesight is the sacred right of everyone. What Slager did was murder and it shows he has no respect for life at all.
There is no room for that behavior in my mind.

Neither was Hillary.
Clinton has yet to come to trial.
As I NEVER get tired of pointing out -- Clinton admitted numerous felonies out of her own mouth.
Under oath Clinton adamantly maintains that her attorneys viewed her emails:
“CLINTON: I know that because there was an exhaustive search done under the supervision of my attorneys, and that is exactly the outcome. We turned over every work related email, in fact, as somebody referred to earlier, we turned over too many.”
[link]https://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/07/05/hillary-clinton-committed-perjury-benghazi-committee/[/link]
Her attorneys had neither clearance nor a need to know to examine her State Department e-mails.
This is a clear violation of the Espionage Act. USC 18 S. 789(f)
(f)
Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense... (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
