No the 2.1 number is the low end of replacement rate (2.1 - 2.3)

Why do you think you’ll go to heaven, assuming you have enough grace to merit an eternal reward rather than punishment? Do you recite the Nicene creed? Do you look forward to the resurrection of the dead? Are the dead in Christ going to rise up to meet the Lord in the air as he is descending from heaven? How will you rise up to meet the descending Lord if you are already in heaven?

Anybody who doesn’t follow the good book or the 10 commandments isn’t a Christian.Love thy neighbor as thy self is on of them.If you hate anyone you have broken that commandment and no one can get to paradise which sin on their souls.Christs whole ministry was bring all peoples together and respect one another.
