Visa, passports, etc. are people who aren’t legal but used the legal process to come here. Not a bunch of undocumented shitheads who walk into our country. Asylum seekers fleeing their country should be the only protection given. If it’s not safe here I guess they shouldn’t be coming for asylum and don’t need weapons against the govt that let them come…
so it is your position that someone who is in the country illegally does not have a single natural right?

Upvote for yes, downvote for no. Curious to see the results of the poli board.
When you have to use polls to get a consensus on what should be simple common sense (illegals should not have any rights in the US outside of being treated humanely as their deportation is being carried out.) it just shows how fricked in the head US society is.

Only 3 idiots. SFP, Roger, & Displaced downvoted. Not surprised they’re anti Trump and call themselves “conservatives”.

The story goes that 228 years ago on September 17 1787,
Benjamin Franklin, on the final day of the Constitutional Convention, was asked by a woman as he left Constitution Hall “what have you given us?"
To which the delegate from Pennsylvania purportedly responded: “a Republic madam if you can keep it."
We aren't keeping it. We are arming criminal illegal aliens, who have no skin in whether this Republic thrives or fails.
I've already had a days long discussion with some ostensibly fine Americans who think that if you are against arming what will become either government brownshirts or roving bands of guerilla fighters trying to take what some of these ostensibly fine Americans can't or won't defend with violence, then you are a gun grabbing 2A opponent. All the pieces for a revolution are being put in place, and they are doing it because they think they can defeat and subjugate the American people. They may be right.

The only right an illegal should have is the right to a bus ticket back to whereever they are a citizen.

There you are. Why did you run away when 9 court cases were shown to you?
In United States v. Jimenez-Shilon, the 11th Circuit rejected a Second Amendment challenge to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5)(A), which prohibits firearm use or possession by any “alien” who is “illegally or unlawfully in the United States.” The holding itself is in some ways unremarkable – it joins every other federal circuit court that has considered the issue (now eight in all, according to the majority) in upholding § 922(g)(5) against challenges since Heller.
Judge Newsom relies entirely on a “text and history” approach. The “text” part of this analysis looks at the Second Amendment itself, and in this case, just one word: “people.” The opinion then delves into the question of whether noncitizens or foreigners fell within the Founding era’s public meaning of “the people,”.
Quoting a wide array of Founding-era documents and contemporary scholarship, the opinion concludes that “the people” included many noncitizens in most sections of the Constitution, but not when it is used in the Second Amendment, because the Amendment “codified” pre-existing common law rights, which excluded most noncitizens.
Again... you are applying protected rights of the American CITIZEN to illegals... That weakens the Constitution and higher courts have ruled many times on this.

They should not. It's illegal for them to.
