Constitution is for US citizens. We don’t let felons own a firearm. Why would you let someone who broke the law crossing your border own a firearm?

Essentially you’re asking should every human in the world be afforded the rights and protections guaranteed to US citizens by the Constitution. Would the US then also be responsible for their welfare?

The constitution doesn’t allow for a foreign, enemy army to assemble within our borders with the help of an enemy government. I just don’t believe it’s in there.
