What makes me suspicious is that I just had the pharmacy ask me if I wanted the shingles vax, and now this thread where everyone is getting it.

WTH? I never got offered that vax in my life. Is this another attempt to neutralize the COVID control group by getting their crappy mRNA poison into people?

All vaccines? What do you mean by "poison"?

Is that used as a general term?

This is a conventional vaccine and is effective.
It is not a mRNA

I was just asking about this last night. It’s highly recommended by my nurse friends but I know how y’all feel about nurses.

Shingles just really seems like it would absolutely suck.

Anyone comparing shingles vax to Covid “vaccine” is an idiot. Get the shingles vaccine, you don’t want shingles. All of the issues with the Covid vaccine aren’t comparable to the shingles vaccine

Never even thought about the 'covid vaccine' but I did get the shingles vaccine. I have a friend that lost his eye from shingles, know several other family members that contracted it and it was brutal. All I experienced was some soreness in my arm after the first injection, nothing after the second. Trust me, you don't want any part of the shingles.

I've heard stories of the vaccinated still experiencing shingles.

details.

how long ago since the first shot?

there re two now.
original.
shingrix 2x

you can have mild symptoms
few years after the old one.

I doubt your anecdote is shingrix #2.

here is the key for the doubters. do research on symptoms of worst case shingles.

its a f ing horror story.

You’d have to be a fool to get anything called a vaccine being peddled by big pharma.

If you've had Chicken Pox, then you are susceptible to Shingles. Ask anyone who has had Shingles about how it was and you'll be going to get your Shingles vaccine. Or take your chances.

Yes it was.

SIDS has always been around. A thousand years ago people would occasionally wake up to find their baby had died in the middle of the night.
Historical look at SIDs
She rarely posts accurate information that is not emotion filled.

From that SADS Foundation site, SIDS I always thought was due to immature respiratory controls in the brain, sleeping on belly, etc., but they now suggest that many SIDS' deaths are from congenital long QT syndrome (LQTS) suggesting heart dysrhythmia (torsades de pointes).

I took the vaccine because my poor mom at age 76 with advanced Alzheimer’s got shingles and it was absolutely heart breaking to watch it from far away…..so I ended up getting both shots and I did not have any negative reactions….so there’s that!!

I've had the shingles vax.

Had no problems.

The thing about shingles is you can get it more than 1 time.

A friend of mine in his early 40s got shingles like the photo shown here except his was about a foot wide and wrapped around his middle torso above the waist. It scared hell out of me to see it.

My Mother got the shingles vaccine and still got shingles about 3 years later. However, it was somewhat limited in it’s scope and afflicted area. Doctor said it would have been much worse, much greater in scope and length if she didn’t have the vaccine.
