Hewitt and Schroeder both forgot more about state government than Jeff Landry knows.
Collectively they won’t break 20% while Landry will cruise (assuming Kennedy stays out).

What an awful write up about her career history - she won’t get many votes

think Jeff will be basing his platform on the REAL issues plaguing Louisiana: CRT, drag queen story hours, and abortion.

Late returns came in from nOla last governors election to push Edwards over the top
I’d submit Rispone the Phony’s campaign running a lazy arse GOTV effort put Edwards over the top.

Jeff is a red meat clown and a symptom of national politics

In the Senate, she is a RINO that completely sold out to JBE in exchange for a committee chairmanship (SGA). She showed promise in her first term but sold out in her second.
She is smarter that Schroeder and Nungesser, but that is not that hard (both are morons).
Jeff Landry is a true conservative and is what LA needs (also Landry is ALOT smarter that this board gives him credit for).

EBRP and OP have some of the worst issues in black run precincts. Voter harvesting is rampant in these areas as well. EBRCoA is one of the worst culprits.

It didn’t help.
But there is no way I’m discounting major frickery in New Orleans. Sloth outperforming ‘08 Obama makes no sense...none. Throw in the IT directors home fire and subsequent attack on statewide systems (DMV etc.) and there is enough there to make me question the legitimacy of that election.

She's been at the government trough far less than Jeff Landry so if she's in, she's got my vote.

What’s her stance on constitutional carry?
She has supported it every time it's come up.
Sen. Hewitt has a great understanding of the oil & gas and petrochemical industries and what they mean to the State of Louisiana and its families.
She and Treasurer Schroder would be my two personal favorites of those who have stated intentions to run. However, if they both run, they likely cancel each other out and hand the GOP runoff banner to Landry.

She also is a big supporter of going back to paper ballots.
Is she a fan of the 19 or 20 inch version? Dims will just create another way to cheat
