Is it actually a spy ring if the so called spys are doing what the scum in congress hired them to do! They didn't break in... they were GIVEN the keys.

Access to Trillions of $ in government largess is quite compelling to career criminals. The only ridiculous conclusion one could reach is that there is not a conspiracy to siphon as much as possible.
