He can keep his ill gotten million$ and Kamala can grant him a pardon once convicted. Then Kamala gets defeated in the 2024 election and the world is once again a better place.

The Biden's are some of the worst humans of all time, Joe being the worst of the bunch.
- He continues to lie about his son's death, and tries to steal valor for his son for political gain.
- He has many times, falsely accused the person who killed his wife in an auto accident of being drunk, despite that not being the case at all, for political gain.
- He has a crackhead son who laundered money for him.
- He has a sex and drug addicted daughter who likely was groomed that way by having inappropriate showers with Joe Biden.
- He has threatened and used his position to enrich himself personally.
- He has a granddaughter that he won't acknowledge because of politics.
- He has a weird obsession with sniffing children.
- He ended up marrying the girl that babysat his kids. He had an inappropriate relationship with her when she was a minor.
He is the most abhorrent human on this earth. He belongs in a trailer park, or a tent city on the streets of San Fransisco, not the White House.

This is from the viewpoint of rationality and such...
Here are some of the rubs though:
1) Joe is an idiot but even he knows he won't get tossed by the Senate
2) Joe has no shame and thus is immune to embarrassment
3) The grift is easier and much more profitable whilst still in power and thus able to be bribed.
