I have not read this thread.

How are the two situations analogous?

By sideways do you mean the death of an innocent person?

If so, yes. You have to go to jail.

Killing people is wrong. Wouldn’t it be better if Sadik’s father had taught him to be a good person instead of a thief?

my point is that even though the guy in the article was committing an actual crime against another person, the statute can be applied without an intended victim.

The reasoning behind that is if you make the choice to commit a felony, a reasonable person should know there is a good chance someone will be injured or killed.

It's pretty easy not be charged with felony murder, the catch is you can't commit a felony.

He didn't kill anyone nor was he an accessory to murder. Yet he was charged with murder and you clowns are clapping like seals.

Why is this thread 23 pages.

They were committing crimes. One of the co-conspirators fled the scene from cops and then killed someone.

They are both complicit in that scenario.

This is an extremely basic tenet of criminal law.

They aren’t. Someone died in the commission of 2 lads crime. One was immediately caught. One got away and killed someone iin the subsequent police chase.

If these two didn't decide to commit a felony would the bikers have been killed?

Because criminal sympathizers like Cubbies and Masters can't comprehend that people who aren't criminal sympathizers agree with the ruling.

You are correct in restating the facts. This is not 22 pages of arguing about the facts of the case. No one denies that those events occurred.

But why are you gatekeeping discussion on a discussion board? If people weren’t allowed to question facts, this board wouldn’t exist.

Petty theft is not a felony in Florida.

She's married and lives in a different state. I'm not trying to get into her pants. She has a valid point here that the misery brigade disagrees with.

You don't think people are questioning that law?

Threads like this are great for bringing out the authoritarian bootlickers.

And no one can question the validity of laws?

Then you must support all the J6 convictions. Glad that’s settled.

Yes, some of them absolutely are. Like the ones I mentioned in this thread.
