Trump not playing the role of a typical country club Republican and accepting the fraud has really ticked off the whole leaching bureaucracy.

His massive support laid the fraud out so clearly only the most stupid can't see it.

They hates him.

Yes but they don’t have to have the senate trial while he is in office. This will drag on, it doesn’t just end in 1/20.

Who here thinks they have the votes to convict in the senate? Need 67 to convict. I see 7 republicans for sure voting to convict.

Will be the end of the Republican Party

Constitution not clear on this could be up for interpretation

It's pretty clear unless you are mentally disabled.

quote:

impeachment (16c) 1. The act (by a legislature) of calling for the removal from office of a public official, accomplished by presenting a written charge of the official's alleged misconduct

IMPEACHMENT, Black's Law Dictionary (11th ed. 2019)

The disqualification for future office provisions are remedies ancillary to removal. If you can't remove a non-public official, you can't have the ancillary goodies.

But, I fully encourage the dim legislatures' vain and wasted sideshow in demonstrating all they can do is vain and wasted sideshows. If any RINO goes along, they deserve to be recalled.

I don’t care about Trump at this point

But I also find all the preening about the riot absurd. He’s going to get impeached for being a narcissistic dick?

Half of congress egged on the far more violent and destructive BLM terrorism without any consequence.

What does it matter, he won't be running in 2024.

I doubt they get that. But can they get to two thirds with abstentions? I just don’t remember.

Does Kamala have a replacement yet read to run, so they can have 100 members?

I think they could swing the numbers. But it would be beyond disastrous if they even take it to a vote, regardless if it fails or passes. Vote and it fails and you’ve gone on record and set precedent for future impeachment attempts over “inciting violence”. Vote and it passes... all hell breaks loose as the militant right engages things.

Cocaine Mitch and Cheney are showing their true colors. The GOP needs to purge these fakes.

I don’t think they’d carry out this insanity without having whipped the votes already.

Sure they would, just out of spite at this point.

Dems have an uncanny ability to distract you with bullshite after they just pulled off the biggest election heist in history. Amazing how something as big as voter fraud in the presidential wlection has now disappeared like a fart in the wind.
