Senate - Tell me if I am seeing this correctly

Alaska goes to the GOP and that puts them at 50 because the top 2 are both GOP, just hasn't been decided which one wins. If Nevada also goes to the GOP, which looks likely, then that's game over in the Senate. Am I seeing that correctly?

I think that’s right. If we(red men) are waiting for Hershel we will be waiting till the next election. Hershel is probably getting screwed at this very moment. I’ve seen this episode before.

The GOP is already getting credit for Alaska and is currently siting at 49 but may lose Nevada.

Which is how the Senate was prior to the midterms. Which gives Kamala the tie-breaking vote, essentially meaning that the Democrats control the Senate.

Since every Nevada voter was mailed a ballot, what do they have in place to make sure that someone doesn’t mail in their ballot on election day, then show up at their polling place to vote in person and have both get counted?
