Booker never brings it up if not for the Kavanaugh fiasco. Not to mention the K fiasco likely never even happened. It is unproven and would not stand up under any real scrutiny in a court or honestly anywhere else that wasn't a hyperpartisan arena.
We already have evidence that much of the Roy Moore mess was a Democrat dirty tricks operation and God knows what this was too.

They were both high school students. The salient facts are:
1. They were of similar ages, just like the Kavanaugh/Ford story.
2. The girl pushed Booker's hand away, clearly indicating she was not interested, He ignored her wishes and persisted until he accomplished his goal.
