Yeah, I was saying this in the other thread sparring with Hank.
First could be proven but would be very difficult without finding the papertrail of the set up.
The fact they are charging with Murder 2 and not Murder 1 gives me faith they actually intend on meaningfully prosecuting this case.

Murder 2 is the right charge given the information we have right now.
This could always change but the evidence we have for Murder 1 is hearsay, assumptions and opinions. We will learn more as the case unfolds but it is good news that he is being charged.
