The SECNAV’s insistence on engaging with anyone and everyone who calls him out makes him look like he knows he’s done something wrong.

It looks like secnav is backing off the “too stupid or too naive” comment ...and again praising the Capt...the erratic behavior is a very unsettling trend

For the record - I was never a lawyer for the Army. I was always in the line. I am (was?) a lawyer on the civilian side.
