I can believe the university is SJWU but the state is flaming Red! We need to keep the SJW's out of MU but how? Change the curriculum from a J school to STEM

Further proof that Mizzu has no business being in the SEC.

Mizzu has one of the best journalism schools in the US. Do you want the MSM to get their people from La. Tech?

What?!? We need to have as much influence on journalism as we can. How about the fire all the crazy SJW professors that have impacted their donations and enrollment and get back on track with more centrist educators?

This is surprising. I figured they'd be a much closer connection between Michael Sam and the aggie yell leaders.

That’s not gay.
Gay is when people of the same sex engage in sex with each other.
The photo you posted doesn’t illustrate that.

You may not understand the Yell Leaders tradition, but it has nothing to do with homosexuality.
It’s an old tradition at a college/university whose history is largely comprised of an all-male student body.

Sort of surprised AU was not more conservative.

Apparently one group is gay and the other is not. If I had to lay a bet, my money would be on the dudes in the polyester jumpsuits.

Perhaps you're not into your college football history.
For the first 30 years of college football all cheerleaders were male.

That isn’t gay; it’s just ridiculously obnoxious.
Again, go look up the definition of gay.

There’s no need to have this exchange.
You’re more than aware that those five kids are no more gay than is a fraternity comprised entirely of young men.

Let’s stick to truths and real conversation.

The Yell Leaders were started as a prank that backfired.

Irony: fan of a school that tried to end Prairie View A&M calling the school whose president helped FOUND said college; the school whose system Prairie View has been a member of for nearly 100 years racist.

So now the pendulum swings from UT being Liberal U to KKK Central. This, coming from a school that didn't allow blacks or women for most of its history.

A&M allowed blacks after the universities of Alabama and Mississippi, and wanted blacks who desired to go to College Station to instead attend a system school, Arlington State College, as late as the my-60s (now UT Arlington after the state transferred it to the UT System after complaints of being tied to a backwards ag school).

UT Austin was the first former Confederacy state school to allow blacks.
