what's the earliest we can expect this to come to an actual vote for confirmation?

Does that mean every President in history has had an undue influence over their SCOTUS nominees?? ?
Take it a step further.
The Senate confirms the justices. Does every member of the Senate have undue influence?

the week of the 24th I believe. It could see committee vote on the 20th. I would bet it will be scheduled for a full senate vote on the 28th. Nice way to end the week/month.

This professor Murray must be joy in class.
I'm late to this panel but WTF is going on here? Did they go to the Land of Misfit Witnesses for this panel?

I absolutely HATE this lie about obamacare.
No one is losing ACCESS to these medications/procedures/etc. The woman got her IUD she just didn't like the price because the company didn't feel it should be responsible for paying for most of it. Will any senator point this out???

Just turned it on. is there really a girl up there saying muh abortions? BTW: any female can go into any drugstore after they have sex and buy Plan B to kill any possible pregnancy.
Who is the other girl with the bowl cut hair cut about religious stopping her from doing what? Same sex marriage?
These stupid women can't touch Kav's intellect. This is a joke.

No one is arguing that isn't an option. You're leaving out the end of the statement that they believe they should not have to pay for it.

I love how she's leading this other black woman to say what she wants her to say.

They are really pressing for exactly this. Not saying it's the reason, but there are a couple of GOP-belief type cases right at the start of the term that might need his vote.
Off the top of my head, there is: a class action arbitration case; a case about whether the (Obama-era) government can take private land to protect an endangered species that can never live there (this is a Louisiana case); and a question about the reach of the ADEA to small public employers.
The Court will likely need him to break a tie on all of those.
