I think it’s funny that they’re pretending they want to read 1M pages of documents.

Or are they just documents of confidential conversations with either an attorney (attorney client privilege) or the President (executive privilege)?

Executive privilege from his time in the Bush white house.

They haven’t even read what’s been released.

Exactly. I miss the days where you could just dismiss people that weren't acting in good faith. The Democrats have completely lost the plot and don't even hide it. I admire Grassley's patience today, but why is he even entertaining this.

When Brett Kavanaugh served as White House Staff Secretary during the presidency of George W. Bush.
They want all documents.
It is a stall tactic.

It's not about the documents, that is just an excuse to let them follow the gameplan of obstruct and delay they decided to go with on that conference call.

Grassley only partially understands that we are at war with cultural Marxism.

So I'm confused as to what the Dem's argument is to adjourn. Why the hell do the withheld records even matter in deciding if he should be a SC judge? It has nothing to do with his work as a judge. Dem's should also be asking for all his text messages he's ever made if that's their line of thought.

Grassley is putting the democratic zoo on full display for the world to see.

Grassley should just respond that he invites all Congresspersons to release all their discussion with their legal representation. If all Democrats are on board, I’d guess Trump might be persuaded to release Kavanaugh’s work product for the WH.

They're concerned about Roe v Wade...Dianne Feinstein actually said she is concerned about government overreach on this issue. Yet she has no problem with it concerning the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendment...what a B****!!!

Feinstein says Roe is about keepong Gubment from being involved in our most important choices. So Obamacare and single payer dont count.

Feinstein is going on about Roe Vs. Wade and how she saw women that could not have abortions and how sad it was...
She is failing to speak the whole truth...

'Roe' Wants Abortion Case Reversed - CBS News
![]()
Norma McCorvey, at microphone, plaintiff in the 1973 landmark case that legalized abortion, addresses the media and a large group of anti-abortion supporters, Tuesday June 17, 2003, in downtown Dallas. Attorneys for the "Jane Roe" in the Dallas case that led the US Supreme Court to strike down laws banning abortion, filed a petition in federal court in Dallas seeking to reopen and set aside the ``Roe versus Wade'' decision. AP
The former plaintiff known as "Jane Roe" in the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court case that legalized abortion sought to have the case overturned in a motion filed Tuesday that asks the courts to consider new evidence that abortion hurts women.
Norma McCorvey, who joined the anti-abortion fight nearly 10 years ago and says she regrets her role in Roe v. Wade, said the Supreme Court's decision is no longer valid because scientific and anecdotal evidence that has come to light in the last 30 years has shown the negative effects of abortion.
"We're getting our babies back," a jubilant McCorvey said at a news conference while flanked by about 60 women, some who sobbed and held signs that read "I regret my abortion."
"I feel like the weight of the world has just been lifted off my shoulders," said McCorvey, 55.

Why did he bring his family to this circus? Is that normal?
Posted on 9/4/18 at 10:06 am to cajunangelle
It will be a good day for this country with Feinstein is no longer able to serve as a senator any longer.
