wikipedia (yeah I know)
yeah, I know, wikipedia can mean anything or nothing.
I would be delighted if the president can chop off the bureaucratic state at its knees.
I'm searching the internet for "official" confirmation of the OP's tweet.

Humphrey's Executor received criticism from some justices during the latter part of the 20th century, claiming it limits the powers of the executive branch, and under the John Roberts court in the early 21st century, has been limited through various decisions. The decision has been challenged by the second Donald Trump presidency, with Trump having removed several agency commissioners . The Roberts court has stayed lower court rulings that found these firings illegal under Humphrey's Executor, and has agreed to hear a case directly challenging the decision in December 2025.

The opinion came out in April. It randomly reappears here every few months as if it was breaking news. But it is a real ruling and I have no issues with revisiting great wins under Trump 47.

Your bolded sentence refers to the stay issued by USSC back in July.

Real? Yes
Reflective of the words in OP? frick no

They were convinced that Trump had given Qatar an airbase on American soil because of the donated, used jet they gave us. Their minds are broken beyond repair.

The words in the Xweet that the OP shared have been copy/pasted and shared in full by numerous random "news" accounts over recent weeks and months. It has been an interesting follow.

Fair. It has precedential value but it’s still just a ruling lifting a stay. The Lisa Cook case will be more interesting in my opinion. If Trump can fire a Fed Reserve Board governor for cause, then the standard is much lower for these lower executive branch agencies.

I think they're going to combine the 2 into 1 ruling

The twitter author reads like a grifter.
I bet it couldn’t name a single ‘they’ boogeyman.

The 6-3 decision
The same three fricktards ALWAYS vote against the US Constitution. There is no defense to the argument that these are political activists as opposed to constitutional scholars.
Those three need to immediately be replaced by Victor Davis Hansen, Ted Cruz and Jesse Lee Peterson.

Why? They're "answerable" to Congress, who is much more of a representative of the people than the President.
Our system is built to reject consolidated control like the "Unified Executive" theory Trump's admin keeps pushing.
You can call your Congressman. You can't call the President.

This is basic civics. I see you ignored the remainder of the post.
Congress represents the people. That's the whole function of the body.
