Agreed. We really need an Amendment to repeal the wording in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment from designating born in the United States to being "born of at least one parent who is an American citizen".

Landor vs Louisiana Dept of Corrections is out. Has more to do with the fact that the officers who shaved the Rastafarian's head can't be sued personally more than the religious freedom aspect of the case.
