If the USSC says the point is moot since the election is over, then how in the hell can anyone challenge anything?
They're basically saying, "What's done is done."

By this same logic, they'd free a burglar that robbed your house.

They may as well take a sledgehammer to Lady Justice, because the Supreme Court just said there isn't any any longer.

If nothing is going to be done by the judicial system, state legislatures or SOSs, then the Republicans should absolutely play the same game. Do the exact same thing as the Democrats: submit hundreds of thousands of fraudulent mail in ballots. Make it so blatantly obvious that the system is broken and that we need a complete overhaul of the system.
Of course, this presupposes that Republican leadership is actually interested in election integrity and Dominion wouldn't simply just change the votes.

The SCOTUS refused to hear the appeal, but did not give a reason. Do not just assume it is considered "moot." All the Court will say is "cert. denied."
Could be they saw no reviewable error, or that they are not interested in ruling on state elections, or any number of reasons.
