SCOTUS arguments on the validity of transgenders in sports is absurd.

Men have penis, women have vagina. Keep the pensises out of women's sports.

I would make them define every word like cisgender or transgender in court. Not just say the word, but literally define it. Maybe if they hear it out loud enough times they will see how ridiculous this whole thing has become.

"Your honor, the transgender I am representing is seeking the right to play in boys sports."

Your honor, the girl that identifies as a boy I am representing is seeking the right to play in boys sports"

I mean come on

Female genital mutilation is performed on young girls & is banned in almost every country. Circumcision is performed on young boys & is very common globally.

I wonder how she would explain that in context of her other statements
I have always thought that comparison of the two procedures is a bit silly.

Male circumcision removes only the foreskin. The female equivalent would be removal of all or part of the clitoral hood.

But the most-common versions of female "circumcision" involve removal of the entire external structure of the clitoris. The male equivalent would be removal of the entire external structure of the penis.

Not really comparable at all.

Trans is a mental illness in the people who are Trans and those who support them.

That specific part of the procedure isn't a great comparison. Other parts are an excellent comparison though.

Both procedures change the genitals irreversibly. Both are typically performed on individuals too young to consent or even understand what's happening. THAT'S the comparison I'm making.

Edit: Even removal of the clitoral hood is banned by federal law so this chick is a moron
