CBS Evening News anchor Tony Dokoupil gave a fawning tribute to the fired Scott Pelley that read like an obituary. It wsa disgusting.
I've never seen someone that was fired for cause glorified in such a manner.
Bari Weiss / CBS still has some more house cleaning to get rid of the rest of the woke idiots that report the fake news.

Why do news readers feel like the rules of employment don't apply to them. Tony Dokoupil could be replaced by thousands of news readers around the country and no one would notice.

They're just like nurses and teachers... They think VERY highly of themselves and see themselves as heroes doing a noble job, saving the world... from evil conservatives and racists, like Trump, of course.

We watched the tribute and both noted this is very odd. Typically fired people vanish from the news/show.
