Exactly. When did you ever hear a sitting US Senator verbally threaten, by name, two US Supreme Court Justices?

Why would Schumer be in favor of an administrative state (i.e. an overreaching executive branch) that takes power away from the legislative branch, his branch, of government?

If Schumer and Pelosi don't like the result, all they need to do is pass a law instead of delegating their legislative authority to unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats.

Isn't that basically all the SCOTUS said???
