Good. We need to get millennials out of professional workplaces.

If Boomers weren't financially illiterate they would be out of the workplace by now.

Why are kids these days, so threatened by the baby boomer generation?

And yes, it's usually millennials. Do they not know that a false sense of entitlement while not achieving anything for themselves, while simultaneously attacking another generation because they didn't achieve for themselves, is why Millenials have such a bad rep in the first place?

Think about that statement. How do you think these 2 things came to fruition?

What's it say about millenials, when they can't compete with the "financially illiterate" in the workplace?

I found it pretty interesting that I'm protected at work from age discrimination at 41

quote:

The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
§ § 621-634), is the primary federal law that prohibits employers from discriminating against employees and applicants who are at least 40 years old based on age. ... The ADEA applies to all private employers with 20 or more employees and to federal and local governments.

If Gen-Xers and Millenials could look up from their fricking phones in meetings then we wouldn't have to keep working to keep the companies afloat.

I am a Boomer and first thing I would think was Boomer Sooner and say Go Dawgs!! Then again, I would look at the younger person and call them a retard. This Boomer does not believe in the PC world.

Imagine being you without a life, who can only find his self worth trolling a message board. You're not poor, like you alluded to in a different post; you're a "fully-grown adult" who still leeches off his parents. Easy to call someone dumb when you either a) do not work, or b) work at some low-level job for $8/hour.

I'm a millennial, and I think "OK Boomer" is stupid; I have had people say "OK, Boomer" to me. It's more a mindset or position, more than it is age. I work with some boomers; like every other generation, some are extremely annoying, while others, like my direct report are good to work with. Most boomers I know are/have been extremely successful. I also manage two boomers, and they respect me, and I respect them. Are some boomers pricks? Absolutely, but aren't people from every generation?

Boomers fricked the country and then laugh at millenials who have to deal with the giant shite stain the Boomers left.

You are confused.

I haven’t taken a dime from my parents in twenty years. And that was then paying for prenuptial dinner. Fail.

It’s hard to call someone dumb if you make 6 figures. Or are a billionaire?

Your logic needs some work.

Who knew this.

Maybe you should let the boomers who consistently generalize about millennials.

What success. Two old people being managed by a young person.

Of course. That lesson needs to taught to the boomers more than millennials.
