And the oldest were 45. Are most teachers and professors not in the 26-45 year age range in your experience? Weird take
Edit: I see, you thought I meant the kids... as though the kids just made up all these pants on head stupid and unnatural ideas about how people from different backgrounds should deal with each other, and not that they were taught them

They should go enjoy their retirement that millennials are paying for and go watch TVLand while we try and fix the mess they created in this country

If any millenials can, explain to me how the term "ok, boomer" is not meant as a way of dismissing a statement or request from anyone older than them, more specifically those members of the Baby Boomer generation.
Now, if making that statement becomes part of your lexicon and makes it's way to your job and you start to "ok, boomer" your boss or other superior, are they just supposed to ignore it? It becomes just like any form of disrespect and insubordination and should be dealt with accordingly. I would be willing to bet that anyone who thinks otherwise has had no experience dealing with employees.

Boomers don't claim any of this, they are in the old folks home or dead.
How fricking stupid are Millennials that they think Boomers are 40 years old?
But it's not Millenials, it's those assholes on college campuses now...Gen Z. What a disaster they're going to be.

I use it on younger people because they get so confused and defensive about it.

Stop giving validity to this stupid saying. It's the newest NPC tagline. It's like Orange Man Bad.

What the frick are you babbling about? I said what I meant the entire time. I legitimately had no idea you would think I would refer to innocent kids coming to school as an “infection” instead of leftist idiot teachers and professors. It’s okay to misunderstand but you clearly did and pretending otherwise is dishonest.

I can’t imagine being so emotionally fragile that a simple two word phrase would trigger me like that. Saying it’s insubordination is just dumb. In that case, if someone at work calls me “son”, it’s a form of age discrimination and I should file a lawsuit.

Heck, I don't even know what I am. Born in 66. That makes me technically Gen X, I guess?
Yep you and I are Gen X'ers. I'm a 1967 born X'er.

That's pushing the boundaries but technically correct.
Gen X is predominately seen as someone who GREW UP in the 80's and therefore was born in the 70's...not graduating H.S. when Breakfast Club came out.

It's both. Millenials have infected the workplace with their worthlessness and Gen Z is on the way being even more worthless.
